When you send an inquiry, book an appointment, or use the client portal, we receive the information you choose to provide. This may include your name, contact details, service request, appointment preferences, and documents submitted through the secure portal. Do not place Social Security numbers, tax identification numbers, or financial documents in the public contact form.
We use submitted information to respond to you, schedule and deliver requested services, operate the client portal, maintain security, and meet recordkeeping or legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
When enabled, this site uses Google Analytics to understand visits, traffic sources, page use, contact-form completions, and appointment bookings. Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers. We configure lead events without sending names, email addresses, phone numbers, tax identifiers, message text, or uploaded documents to Analytics. You can limit cookies through your browser settings or use Google's Analytics opt-out tools.
We use service providers for website hosting, email delivery, scheduling, analytics, and secure portal functions. They process information for the services they provide and are subject to their own terms and privacy commitments.
We retain information for the time reasonably needed to respond, provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use access controls and secure portal workflows, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
You may ask about the personal information associated with a website inquiry or request a correction or deletion where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for tax, accounting, contractual, security, or legal reasons.
Use the public contact page for a privacy question. Do not include tax documents or sensitive identifiers.
